Stephan Reiff is Vice President of Aftersales for BMW of North America, LLC. In this role, Reiff is responsible for customer experience and business development in service, technical service and warranty, dealer training, and parts and vehicle logistics.
Reiff began his career with BMW Group in Munich in 2003 as an in-house consultant in the sales and marketing division. In 2006, he assumed the role of Head of Brand Strategy, Price and Volume Planning for MINI, and in 2008, transitioned to Head of Volume and Price Planning Small Vehicles for both BMW and MINI. In 2011, Reiff was appointed Head of Aftersales Strategy and Parts Pricing for BMW Group, and in 2013, he was named Vice President of Parts, Logistic Services and Regional Distribution Centers. Reiff moved to the U.S. in 2015, where he assumed his current role of Vice President of Aftersales.
Prior to joining BMW, Reiff worked as a logistic engineer for Honeywell and as a management consultant for A.T. Kearney in Germany.
Reiff earned degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern in Germany. He also studied business in the U.S. at Wake Forest University School of Business in North Carolina.
