WINTER DOLDRUMS FOLLOW UP

On March 10th we hosted a nice group of club members in North Granby at the Winter Doldrums Party.  Members brought a terrific selection of appetizers and we built on that with corned beef and turkey as well as some salads, etc., etc., and then there were all of the desserts.  There were several newcomers and relative newcomers, which was fun.  We were pretty much at our limit for attendance so that was also encouraging.   

Besides eating, much time was spent perusing Bob’s BMW miniature collection and the artwork on the walls throughout the house along with  the inevitable visits to the garage, while there was plenty of conversation and even some sports to watch on TV. 

All and all, we enjoyed hosting the event and hope everyone enjoyed coming.  At least we didn’t have to deal with any driving to the event in a storm.  Thanks to all who attended.  Hopefully, we’ll do it again next year!
