The Fifteenth Annual '02 Fest East!

The fifteenth annual ‘02 Fest East will once again be held at Lime Rock Park. This annual event draws owners of BMW 2002s aficionados from the northeastern and middle Atlantic states as well as Canada.

We will be lining up the ‘02s on the main straight.  There will be people’s choice trophies for a number of different categories, such as best round taillight or best Tii.  Even if you think your ‘02 may not be in the best of shape you are welcome to park in the line up.

The swap meet will be going on in the racing pits.  If you have any parts that you want to sell or swap this will be the best place to do so with the space available for free. 

The event will be run rain or shine with the gate opening at 9:00 AM.  We plan on collecting the people’s choice ballots at noon with the presentation of trophies and door prizes at 2:00 PM.

As is the case with all Chapter events, extra hands will be needed.  Anyone interested in helping out with ’02 Fest can contact me at the number or email below.

Directions: Head north on Rte. 7 from Danbury, left onto Rte. 112, left onto White Hollow Road, left into track.

Cost: $20 per car
